How to choose an extrusion blow molding machine for 0.1–50 L containers
A practical selection sequence built around the container, mold and output — with the catalog limits stated.
Extrusion blow molding · 0.1–50 L
Single-station, double-station and PETG platforms from E-SHION MACHINERY, listed with catalog specifications and configured around your container, mold and output target.
Built in Huangyan, Taizhou, Zhejiang — with molds, auxiliary equipment and export packing documented in the catalog.
The machine range
Each platform covers a defined container envelope. Compare the catalog numbers, then confirm the mold and process with engineering.
Single-station · 0.1–16 L
A compact single-station platform for 0.1–16 L bottles, jars and small containers. Catalog models cover 2, 5, 10 and 16 L volumes with one to six cavities.
Double-station · 0.1–16 L
A double-station platform for higher output per cycle across 0.1–16 L containers. Catalog models cover 2, 5, 10 and 16 L maximum product volumes.
Single-station · 20–50 L
A single-station platform for 20–50 L jerrycans, drums and industrial containers. The catalog lists QQ-30L and QQ-50L at 215 kN and 260 kN clamping force.
PETG · 0.1–15 L
A double-station PETG configuration for 0.1–15 L transparent bottles, jars and shaped containers. The catalog lists 1–4 cavities and PETG as the raw material.
How we present the machines
A machine buyer needs to compare clamping force, platen spacing, die plate size, screw, output and power. Those numbers are on every model page, in HTML, not buried in a PDF image.
Product pages use the published catalog values and say so. Where the catalog is silent, the page does not invent a number.
Capacity, cavity count, wall thickness and cycle time drive the recommendation — not the largest machine in the range.
A blowing machine is only one part of the project. Mold interface, take-out, chilling, air supply and packing all affect the result.
Send a drawing or sample. The useful conversation starts when the product is specific.

Applications
Household bottles, food packaging, industrial jerrycans and clear PETG parts each put different demands on the machine and mold.
Shampoo, detergent, lotion and cleaner bottles where surface quality and repeatable wall thickness matter.
View
Oil, water, juice, dairy and food bottles, from small formats to multi-litre containers.
View
Jerrycans, drums and chemical bottles for lubricants, agricultural chemicals, cleaning products and industrial liquids.
View
Transparent bottles, jars and shaped containers where clarity, gloss and surface finish drive the specification.
ViewInside the build
The catalog documents machines in assembly, finished rows ready for delivery, and export packing. These are the parts of the process a buyer can ask to inspect.

A second station is not simply 'twice the output'. Compare cycle balance, mold positions, changeover and floor space.

Clarity is a system property. What to confirm in the resin, drying, machine, mold and handling before quoting a PETG line.
Before you ask
The full FAQ covers selection, technical checks and commercial terms.
FAQThe catalog covers 0.1–16 L single-station and double-station machines, 20–50 L single-station machines, and a PETG double-station configuration for 0.1–15 L. If your container is outside these ranges, the requirement must be reviewed rather than assumed to fit.
Start with required output and changeover frequency. A single station is compact and straightforward; a double station is aimed at higher output per cycle and more intensive use of the extruder. Confirm the decision with a cycle-time calculation, not a brochure headline.
The small-container series states 1–6 cavities; the PETG configuration states 1–4 cavities. The usable cavity count is limited by container diameter, center distance, mold layout and clamp size. The catalog gives center distances for two-, three- and four-cavity layouts on the small models.
The container drawing or sample, material and grade, target output, cavity preference, existing mold information, destination voltage and frequency, and the required certification or inspection documents. The more of these are fixed, the less the quotation has to guess.
Next step
We will use those three inputs to narrow the platform, cavity count and mold plan before a quotation.
