215 kN and 260 kN clamping force for large molds
ES-50L is rated at 260 kN clamping force and 880 × 780 mm die plates; ES-30L at 215 kN and 580 × 740 mm. Mold weight and parison load must be reviewed for the final tool.

Machine series
A single-station platform for 20–50 L jerrycans, drums and industrial containers. The series includes ES-30L and ES-50L at 215 kN and 260 kN clamping force.
Materials: PE, PP, HDPE, HDPP, PVC
Larger containers put different demands on the clamping system, die head and mold support. The 20–50 L series is the E-SHION platform for this work, with a single station and a larger platen and greater platen spacing than the small-container series.
The range covers the ES-30L for products up to 30 L and the ES-50L for products up to 50 L. Both are supplied with 25:1 screw L/D, 0.8 MPa air pressure and a single-station layout.
Design intent
ES-50L is rated at 260 kN clamping force and 880 × 780 mm die plates; ES-30L at 215 kN and 580 × 740 mm. Mold weight and parison load must be reviewed for the final tool.
The ES-50L platen spacing is 400–1000 mm, and the ES-30L 350–800 mm, giving room for deep drum and jerrycan molds.
The material scope includes PE, PP, HDPE, HDPP and PVC. Chemical resistance, barrier needs and recycled-content targets should be confirmed with the resin supplier.

Typical applications
Energy and cycle cost
ES-30L is rated at 100–110 kW installed and 30–40 kW actual power; ES-50L at 105–120 kW installed and 35–50 kW actual power. The installed figure sizes the electrical supply. The actual figure is a reference for a first energy estimate.
Energy per good part and output both depend on cycle time, wall thickness, resin and cooling. For 20–50 L drums and jerrycans, cooling and mold design often set the cycle before the extruder does. Confirm the drive, control and hydraulic configuration against the quotation, then measure the machine with your own mold.

FAQAvailable models: ES-30L, ES-50L. Each model page shows the complete specification table.
The series range is 20–50 L. The maximum is the platform limit; the actual container must still be checked against mold dimensions, platen size and platen spacing.
A container drawing or sample, material grade, target output, cavity preference, existing mold data and destination voltage/frequency. The mold interface and utility schedule are then checked before a quotation is finalized.
The price is quoted per project: model, mold, cavity layout, material, drive and control configuration, and destination voltage all change the configuration. No list prices apply. Send the container drawing and target output for an itemised quotation.
Cooling, wall thickness, resin and mold design usually set the cycle before extruder capacity does. The specification table above lists extruding capacity and installed power per model; the final cycle is measured on your mold during commissioning.
