Two stations for higher cycle output
A second station allows two molds or two sets of cavities to run in a coordinated cycle. Actual output depends on cycle time, cavity count, wall thickness and take-out automation.

Machine series
A double-station platform for higher output per cycle across 0.1–16 L containers. Available models cover 2, 5, 10 and 16 L maximum product volumes.
Materials: PE, PP, HDPE, HDPP, PC, PVC, PETG, EVOH
The double-station series adds a second clamping station to the same 0.1–16 L product envelope. That layout is aimed at higher output or a more balanced use of the extruder when running smaller containers.
Available models are ES-2LD, ES-5LD, ES-10LD and ES-16LD. Compared with the single-station equivalents, extrusion capacity and installed power are higher, because the machine is configured to support two production stations.
Design intent
A second station allows two molds or two sets of cavities to run in a coordinated cycle. Actual output depends on cycle time, cavity count, wall thickness and take-out automation.
The extruder and die-head configuration are sized for the station count. Extruding capacity ranges from 60–80 kg/hr on the ES-2LD to 130–160 kg/hr on the ES-16LD.
The series is listed for 0.1–16 L products, making it suitable for beverage, household, personal-care and small industrial containers.

Four-parison extrusion, the mold opening cycle and a wide-mouth container run on 0.1–16 L machines.
Four parisons leave the die head together and index into the mold, followed by bottle take-off — a clear look at multi-parison timing.
The clamp opens and the finished 2L bottles are exposed in the mold — a short, clear view of the mold cycle.

Questions buyers ask
Answers use published values and state where the final check depends on the mold.
FAQAvailable models: ES-2LD, ES-5LD, ES-10LD, ES-16LD. Each model page shows the complete specification table.
The series range is 0.1–16 L. The maximum is the platform limit; the actual container must still be checked against mold dimensions, platen size and platen spacing.
A container drawing or sample, material grade, target output, cavity preference, existing mold data and destination voltage/frequency. The mold interface and utility schedule are then checked before a quotation is finalized.
The price is quoted per project: model, mold, cavity layout, material, drive and control configuration, and destination voltage all change the configuration. No list prices apply. Send the container drawing and target output for an itemised quotation.
Cooling, wall thickness, resin and mold design usually set the cycle before extruder capacity does. The specification table above lists extruding capacity and installed power per model; the final cycle is measured on your mold during commissioning.
