Quality & factory

Quality is a sequence of checks, not a badge.

The catalog shows machines in assembly, finished rows and export packing. Below is the check sequence a buyer can discuss when specifying an order — with the limits of what can be claimed stated plainly.

Check sequence

From incoming parts to export packing.

01

Incoming components

Purchased components and materials are received against the purchase specification. Key component documentation can be requested for the ordered configuration.

02

Mechanical assembly

Frame, clamping unit, extruder and die-head assembly are built against the machine drawing, with alignment and clearance checks.

03

Electrical and hydraulic checks

Wiring, control functions, hydraulic pressure and leak checks are carried out as part of commissioning.

04

Dry run and function test

Heating, clamping, extrusion, blowing sequence and control response are verified before packing. The agreed test scope is written into the order.

05

Export packing

Surfaces are protected, the machine is wrapped and secured, and the packing list is prepared for container loading.

What this page does not claim

This page does not state that the company holds CE, ISO or another certification, because those documents must be checked for the specific model, manufacturing period and destination. Ask for the current document package with your quotation.

Third-party inspection

Bring the inspection plan into the order.

If your project requires third-party inspection or a witnessed test, raise it before the order is placed so the schedule, scope and documents can be agreed.

  • Agree the inspection standard, timing and witness points
  • Name the third-party agency and the documents it must issue
  • Include the test report scope in the sales contract
  • Confirm certification scope for the destination before shipment

Ask for the documents that matter to your order.

Component documentation, test scope, certification package and inspection plan can all be discussed before the order is placed.
